GENERAL INFORMATION
Two giants in the lacrosse industry join together for the 3rd Annual Lax World/STX Invitational Team Camp this summer, June 29-July 2. Two lacrosse Hall of Famers, Jim Darcangelo and Bobby Griebe with their many years of lacrosse experience, will host the camp. For over 30 years, “Darky” and Bobby have operated one of the most popular and successful individual lacrosse camps, The All America Lacrosse Camp. They are offering an elite Invitational team camp as a venue for high profile high school players to showcase their talents in front of many college coaches. The exclusive 24 team Invitational will play in a tournament format beginning on Sunday, June 29th and concluding with a championship game on Wednesday, July 2nd.

Check-In
Mandatory check-in will be on the campus of McDaniel College on Sunday, June 29th from 12:30-1:30 pm. All teams must check-in. At check-in, participants will receive dorm assignments and room keys (if applicable), meal wristband, team jersey, and the tournament schedule for Sunday and Monday only. Tuesday and Wednesday schedules will be distributed after the preliminary games and will be based on the seeding of the teams.
Late Check-In
Advanced notice is required for all campers who will be unable to check-in during the scheduled times. If you will require a late check-in, please contact us now by sending an email to camp director Bobby Martino at bmartino@comcast.net and/or Pat Lamboni at plamboni@comcast.net.
Check-Out
Check-Out will be on Wednesday, July 2nd from 11:00am – 12:00pm. All campers must have their rooms inspected by a staff member and return their room key to have their key/damage deposit returned. You must be out of the dorms by 12:00pm and each participant is responsible for his own personal belongings.
General
There is a mandatory $125 refundable key deposit for each room key. The deposit check must be made out to McDaniel College and will be refunded once the room key is returned at check-out. Each coach is responsible for his/her team when staying in the McDaniel College dormitories and each camper must follow the Camp Code of Conduct. Each participant is subject to the rules and regulations that govern the campus of McDaniel College.
Cars on Campus
Each overnight camper staying on campus must turn in their car keys to the dorm counselor. Day campers who drive to and from camp daily are not the responsibility of the Laxworld/STX Invitational Lacrosse Camp or All America Lacrosse Camp. Parking is available on campus, but you must get a parking pass at check in.
Medical Questions and Concerns
All medical concerns must be disclosed to the athletic training staff at the time of check-in. If there are any questions a member of the training staff will be available during and after check-in to answer them. The athletic training staff will be in the same dorms as the campers. The athletic training staff will provide first-aid services only. For medical questions or concerns, please contact Pat Lamboni plamboni@comcast.net.
Transportation
It is the responsibility of the participant to notify the camp staff if they need transportation to and from the BWI airport or Amtrak station. Please contact the camp staff ahead of time for these arrangements. The airport and Amtrak station are approximately 1 hour from campus, so please allow for travel time when making reservations.
